Recharge Fuel and Fitness Inc. collects personal information in order to enter into a membership agreement with you, process payments, ensure you are kept informed and to protect against harm to the rights, property and safety of Recharge Fuel and Fitness Inc., our employees, and members. Your personal information is safe within our facility. 

We always want to hear from our members. Our employees are expected to maintain confidentiality as is any third party contractor hired to work with our facility.

We use 24/7 video surveillance to monitor our facility to ensure gym member compliance to facility rules, the safety of our members, our equipment and the facility.

Legally Recharge Fuel and Fitness Inc may be required to disclose information under the following circumstances:

• To enforce or apply this agreement
• To protect the rights, property or safety of our employees, members or others
• To comply with subpoena, warrant or order required by law or an investigative body, BC Consumer Protection or government authority
• In an emergency in which we believe life, health or safety is at risk
• If all or part of the business sold, information may be transferred to the new owner
